About the Position

Miro is expanding its Customer Success division, seeking compassionate and client-focused professionals to enhance our team. An Enterprise Customer Success Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our Enterprise clients. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and maximizing the value derived from our partnership with Miro. You will significantly influence our clients' ability to achieve their visual collaboration goals by fostering strong connections from their initial engagement with Miro.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of approximately 50-70 Enterprise clients.
  • Enhance customer retention metrics, focusing on adoption, retention, and engagement.
  • Act as a Miro product advocate, guiding clients towards their desired outcomes through tailored engagements.
  • Assess and improve the overall health status of each client account.
  • Facilitate Miro product adoption by leading onboarding processes for new clients and teams.
  • Ensure clients receive maximum value from Miro by conducting tech-touch initiatives such as webinars, email campaigns, and user meet-ups.
  • Develop strategic playbooks and contribute to team strategies for customer onboarding and growth to ensure sustained customer success.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer success role managing complex accounts, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to the development of Scaled Customer Success processes.
  • Adept at learning quickly and thriving in a dynamic startup atmosphere.
  • Proactive approach with excellent time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
