General Overview:
Possesses a solid understanding of WLAN and Bluetooth protocols, along with general communication principles and proficiency in programming languages such as C#/C++ or Python. Responsible for designing test strategies, scenarios, scripts, or procedures. Documents software issues utilizing a bug tracking system and communicates these issues to software developers. Develops testing programs that cater to both explicit and implicit requirements. Automates test cases and executes them efficiently. Engages in product design evaluations to comprehend feature designs and provide insights on any identified gaps.
Minimum Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of experience in Software Testing or System Testing, with a focus on developing and automating test plans and tools (e.g., Source Code Control Systems, Continuous Integration Tools, and Bug Tracking Tools).

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required.
Proficiency in WLAN and Bluetooth protocol is mandatory.
Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as C, C#, C++, Java, Python, etc., is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
Work under close supervision while taking ownership of assigned tasks and making decisions with limited impact; errors typically affect timelines only.
Utilize verbal and written communication skills to convey basic, routine information regarding daily activities.
Complete tasks that involve multiple steps, which can be executed in various sequences; some planning and prioritization are necessary.
Apply creativity to troubleshoot technical challenges.
Employ deductive reasoning to resolve moderately complex issues.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify the most critical work tasks, minimize distractions, and complete assignments in a timely manner.
Execute tests using both automated and manual methods.
Conduct log analyses to pinpoint the source of issues.
Address script errors in automation and develop automated tests.
Seek learning opportunities to enhance personal knowledge and skills.
Collaborate with project team members to achieve project goals.
Gather, integrate, and interpret information from diverse sources to troubleshoot problems.
Escalate technical issues to senior colleagues as necessary.
Adapt to minor changes and setbacks to manage pressure and meet deadlines.
Communicate with project leads through email and direct conversations to provide updates and information about potential obstacles.

Additional Minimum Qualifications:


A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering or a related role.

OR a Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with 1+ year of experience in Software Engineering or a related role.

OR a PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

2+ years of academic or professional experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
