General Overview:
A solid grasp of WLAN/BT protocols and general communication principles is essential, along with proficiency in programming languages such as C#/C++ or Python. This role involves designing comprehensive test strategies, scenarios, scripts, and procedures. You will document software issues using a bug tracking system and communicate these defects to the development team. Additionally, you will create testing programs that fulfill both explicit and implicit requirements, automate test cases, and execute them effectively. Participation in product design evaluations is crucial to understand feature specifications and provide valuable insights on potential gaps.

Essential Qualifications:


3 to 5 years of experience in Software Testing or System Testing, with a focus on developing and automating test plans and tools (e.g., Source Code Control Systems, Continuous Integration Tools, and Bug Tracking Tools).

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required.
Proficiency in WLAN & BT protocol is mandatory.
Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as C, C#, C++, Java, or Python is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
Work under close supervision while taking ownership of your tasks and making decisions that have limited impact; the consequences of decisions are typically clear, with errors mainly affecting timelines (i.e., requiring additional time for corrections).

Utilize verbal and written communication skills to relay basic, routine information about daily activities to knowledgeable colleagues.

Complete most tasks that involve multiple steps, which can be executed in various sequences; some planning and prioritization are necessary for effective task completion; errors may lead to some rework.

Exhibit creativity in troubleshooting technical challenges or addressing novel situations.

Employ deductive reasoning to resolve moderately complex issues; most problems follow defined diagnostic processes, and some data analysis may be necessary.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify the most critical tasks for yourself, minimize distractions, and ensure timely completion of work.
Demonstrate the ability to conduct tests both manually and through automation.
Perform log analyses to pinpoint the origin of issues.
Capable of correcting script errors in automation and developing automated tests.
Seek learning opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
Gather, integrate, and interpret information from various sources to troubleshoot problems.
Escalate technical challenges to senior colleagues as needed.
Adapt to minor changes and setbacks to manage pressure and meet deadlines.
Communicate with project leads to provide updates and information regarding potential obstacles.

Minimum Qualifications:


A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering or a similar role.

OR a Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with 1+ year of experience in Software Engineering or a related role.

OR a PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

2+ years of academic or professional experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
