LHH is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to join our team in the Seattle area. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the full implementation of an HR system, as well as training on that system. We are looking for a self-sufficient individual who can work independently with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and drive the planning, development, testing, and implementation of the HR system.
- Identify opportunities for automation within HR processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Liaise with IT vendors to ensure successful system implementation and support User Acceptance Testing.
- Drive regular review and support implementation of HR system upgrades and patches as needed.
- Evaluate and implement tools to maintain data integrity and ensure compliance.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in HRIS and implement best practices.
- Participate in and/or lead projects focused on continuous improvement and process optimization.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing an HRIS system.
- 2+ years of experience using UKGpro.
- Experience implementing and training on HR software.
- Experience supporting multiple locations with implementation and training.
- Knowledge of HR and payroll functions within the system.
Additional Information:
- This is a hybrid position with a competitive salary range of $90k-$125k DOE.
