Job Opportunity: Sales Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to drive business growth in the Tulsa, OK area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for fostering strong customer relationships, managing deliveries, developing new business opportunities, and staying informed about market conditions and competitors' products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Deliveries: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers, troubleshooting any order process issues that may arise.
  • Develop New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on market conditions, competitors' products, and industry trends, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in the foodservice industry, culinary, or hospitality a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand, walk, and drive vehicle frequently.
  • Ability to lift and carry items as required.
