Job Summary:

As a Bilingual Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing independent account business, with a focus on overall profitability through new sales and account penetration. You will promote and sell company-branded products, meeting brand sales objectives, and support customer service activities for regional and/or national chain customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate additional business through analyzing sales territory and individual customers, sampling products, and planning sales strategies.
  • Grow sales and profit margins to meet established sales and margin goals.
  • Set up new customer accounts, determine pricing, and work with the Credit Department for initial authorization.
  • Perform initial follow-up work with customers to ensure delivery and product satisfaction.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing an exemplary level of service and working closely with other center personnel to coordinate efforts to prevent and resolve customer problems.
  • Minimize accounts receivable problems by monitoring accounts for compliance with credit terms and following up on any problems.
  • Maintain awareness of pricing trends within the sales territory to ensure competitive pricing.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
  • Bilingual Spanish and English
  • 6-12 months sales/marketing and/or restaurant experience
  • Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Sales/Marketing, or related area
  • 1-2 years foodservice sales/marketing and/or restaurant experience
