Position Overview:
The Kentucky Ticket Sales & Service Account Executive role at Taymar Sales U. is designed to cultivate and enhance knowledge of the sales process through group sales, new season ticket sales, and renewals across all ticketed sports. This position offers training, development, and a pathway for rapid career progression into senior sales roles and leadership positions with increased responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market a comprehensive range of ticket products for Football, Basketball, and other athletic events through outbound calls and in-person presentations, including season tickets, flex ticket packages, group tickets, premium tickets, and hospitality packages.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as necessary, including participation in various capacities during home games.
  • Establish relationships within the community and expand business with existing ticket holders while proactively reaching out to new prospects and referrals to drive revenue.
  • Work daily at the assigned campus location and attend in-person meetings within the community.
  • Engage local businesses through outbound calls and event-based selling.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and nurture relationships with current and prospective fans.
  • Represent the athletics department with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
  • Foster internal relationships within the athletics department.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management team on a quarterly and monthly basis.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sports Marketing or a related field.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls in a professional and approachable manner.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience and success in an inside sales program or ticket sales role is preferred.
  • Strong motivation to understand the sales process and rapidly advance your career.
  • This is a full-time position.
