Key Responsibilities:

Engage proactively with customers and prospects to identify opportunities for sales closure and meet established quotas. Enhance revenue by managing client relationships, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and ensuring the quality and integrity of our technology offerings.

Core Activities:

Sales Focus (80%)

  • Employ diverse prospecting methods to cultivate leads, expand your sales pipeline, and finalize sales. This includes outreach via email, phone, and in-person meetings, as well as leveraging social selling techniques to connect with business professionals in your designated area.
  • Meet or surpass monthly sales targets for new business, renewals, and ongoing accounts.
  • Utilize customer and prospect databases to monitor sales activities that aid in managing and expanding your pipeline.
  • Assess customer business requirements to formulate and present solutions that foster their growth.
  • Effectively promote and sell a comprehensive range of technology products, solutions, and services while upholding ProSource's commitment to quality.
Client Relations (10%):
  • Adopt a customer-centric approach while building, nurturing, and maintaining positive business relationships.
Professional Development (10%):
  • Enhance technical and professional expertise by participating in training sessions, meetings, and industry events.

Qualifications:
  • A college degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A track record of success in academics, athletics, prior employment, or awards.
  • Familiarity with relevant software applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Documented history of achieving sales quotas.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Additional education in business technology is advantageous.
  • Previous sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without restrictions.
