Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing, is highly desirable.
  • Results-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas is essential for success in this role.
  • Marketing and Sales Skills: Ability to market products and services based on customer needs and interests.
  • Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance products and services, including property and casualty, life, and health insurance.
  • License Requirements: Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty license and a Life and Health license.
