Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing timely and efficient communication on their show, timelines, services, graphics, and builds.
  • Collaborate with Sales, PM, production, and management teams to ensure clients' needs are being met and proper prioritization is being considered.
  • Process estimates for storage show services and add-ons, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in account services, customer service, and basic electrical knowledge.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability, conflict management, and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
