City Wide Facility Solutions is in search of a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to enhance our operations in the Greensboro/Winston Salem/High Point region. In this position, you will take charge of generating sales opportunities and establishing new client relationships. Core Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue potential clients, leads, and referrals to meet sales objectives.
  • Arrange meetings, comprehend client needs, and deliver initial presentations to kickstart the sales journey.
  • Develop strong relationships with prospective clients, articulate our service offerings, and prepare contracts to finalize sales.
  • Leverage and maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) system to track all client interactions and lead information.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally in an external sales capacity.
  • Proven success in cold calling, both via phone and in-person.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and experience in territory management.
  • Outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Ability to lead client discussions and effectively present our service solutions.
  • Collaborative team player who can work well with operations and fellow sales personnel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, is advantageous.
