Job Overview

This role offers a lucrative opportunity with a competitive base salary of $50,000, alongside a car and phone allowance, plus an attractive commission structure.

City Wide Facility Solutions is on the lookout for a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to enhance our operations in the Greensboro/Winston Salem/High Point region. In this role, you will take charge of generating sales leads and securing new business clients. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire sales process, from initial outreach and lead generation to closing sales. We seek self-motivated individuals with a proactive approach, who are eager to earn substantial commissions and excel in a collaborative team environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue potential clients, leads, and referrals to meet sales objectives.
  • Arrange meetings, comprehend client needs, and deliver initial presentations to kickstart the sales journey.
  • Establish strong relationships with prospective clients, articulate our service offerings, and prepare contracts to finalize sales.
  • Effectively utilize and manage a customer relationship management (CRM) system to document and monitor all client and lead interactions.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally in an external sales capacity.
  • Proven success in cold calling, both via phone and in-person.
  • Strong organizational abilities and experience in managing sales territories.
  • Outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Capability to lead client discussions and effectively present our service solutions.
  • A collaborative team player who can work well with operations and fellow sales team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, is advantageous.
