Job Description

**Job Summary:**

SIMCO Electronics is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the southeast region, with a focus on revenue growth and account acquisition.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve new account sales quota and revenue growth targets
  • Prospect and establish relationships with potential customers to generate new business opportunities
  • Negotiate and close deals to secure new business agreements
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure consistent new bookings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide value-added services to customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management

**Requirements:**

  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry or role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
