Position Overview

Infinity is collaborating with a prominent home warranty provider and is in search of highly motivated individuals to join this expanding initiative. Candidates with a background in business-to-consumer sales and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service will find this role rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:


• Conduct outbound calls utilizing a provided lead list.


• Identify coverage options, determine eligibility, and upsell additional products to customers.


• Clearly communicate terms and conditions to ensure customer understanding.


• Implement effective call strategies, employing active listening and exceptional customer service skills to maximize conversion rates.


• Demonstrate strong communication abilities, including clear articulation.


• Embrace constructive feedback and make necessary improvements.


• Meet and exceed all program key performance indicators (KPIs).


• Maintain reliable attendance.


• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Profile:


• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact center is preferred.


• At least 2 years of sales experience is preferred.


• Ability to maintain comprehensive knowledge of client products and services.


• Proficiency in utilizing multiple technology systems effectively.


• Quick thinking and adept at addressing objections.


• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences with energy and excellence.


• Ability to project a positive and professional demeanor towards all customers.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Capability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary.



Compensation Details: $15-15 Hourly Wage
