Position Title: Sales and Accounting Admin

Wage: $22.00 - $27.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in our Franklin, WI office. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth processing of sales orders and supporting the sales department in various functions. We offer profit-based incentives to help you achieve your best performance and be compensated for it.

Sales and Accounting Admin Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate entry of sales orders into our ERP system
- Acknowledge orders to customers via email
- Audit quotes and orders for accuracy
- Generate monthly sales reports
- Provide customer-specific sales statistic reporting
- Issue and track Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) with customers
- Maintain sales order log
- Update and maintain customer records in the ERP system including creating new accounts
- Combine quote, order and customer PO files into one document and log them into ERP to produce customer invoices
- Combine order and vendor PO files into one document and log them into ERP against vendor invoices
- Assist the sales department with updating annual price books
- Participate in process improvement projects to enhance cross-departmental efficiency
- Update and test documented departmental procedures
- Contact customers to obtain missing information
- Assist with office administration duties
- Handle special projects as needed
- Conduct and submit monthly industry reporting
- Update accounting and sales departmental KPIs
- Answer phones and monitor incoming voicemails

Requirements for Sales and Accounting Admin:
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
- Understanding of or ability to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Pro CRM system preferred
- Comfortable working with numbers, understanding metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets
- Ability to develop and track sales KPIs
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
