Sales Executive for Regional Markets

Communication Technology Services (CTS) stands as a prominent integrator and managed service provider specializing in enterprise cellular networks across the United States. Our expertise lies in the design, installation, management, and support of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), Small Cell, and 4G/5G Private Cellular Networks (PCN) tailored for both Enterprise and Public Sector clients. With a strong foothold in the Southern Florida area, we are on the lookout for a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our sales initiatives in the Miami region.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The perfect candidate will be a resident of Miami-Dade County, possess a comfort level in engaging with C-suite executives, and demonstrate a successful history in Enterprise Sales, particularly in the following technical solutions:
  • Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS)
  • Private LTE/5G Cellular Networks
  • Public Safety Systems
  • WLAN Solutions
  • SDLAN
  • Fiber-to-the-Edge
  • SaaS or WaaS
Position Overview
The Sales Executive role is fundamentally a hunting position. In this capacity, you will identify and pursue your own opportunities, leveraging your established network, collaborate with CTS' channel partners in the South Florida area, and engage with Enterprise clients from within CTS' existing customer base. This role is focused on individual contributions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with operations to conduct site assessments for proposal development
  • Generate proposals for prospective clients
  • Manage interactions with clients and prospects regarding:
    • Sales outreach
    • Proposal submissions
    • Change orders (if necessary)
    • Issue resolution
    • Scheduling assistance
    • Lead generation
    • Building local partnerships
    • Coordinating with carriers for non-standard opportunities
    • Participating in relevant trade exhibitions
    • Maintaining a sales pipeline in Salesforce and providing regular updates and reports as needed
    • Traveling as necessary to engage with potential clients
