Regional Sales Director

Position Overview:
The Regional Sales Director is accountable for leading, developing, and overseeing Market Managers, Market Sales Managers, District Sales Managers, and Senior District Sales Managers within a designated geographic area. This role is crucial in driving sales performance, achieving set objectives, and enhancing customer satisfaction in alignment with the company's brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary representative for the assigned region, fostering strong relationships across the organization and enhancing collaboration with peers and the Customer Support Center.
- Provide strategic leadership and implement solutions to address current and future business challenges.
- Exhibit a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills, combined with robust problem-solving abilities and a strategic business mindset.
- Leverage data analytics, trend assessments, and benchmarking to perform root cause analysis and identify metric-driven solutions.
- Maintain profit and loss accountability for the region while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Foster customer loyalty by promoting a sales culture that strengthens connections to the company brand.
- Guide and mentor Market Managers, Market Sales Managers, District Sales Managers, and Senior District Sales Managers to achieve corporate objectives.
- Focus on building a high-performing team through effective training and development, creating a people-centric culture that minimizes turnover.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring a respectful work environment for all employees and customers.
- Safeguard company assets, customers, and employees.
- Communicate business and financial goals effectively within the assigned region.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience across all stores.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and modify strategies as necessary.
Supervisory Duties:
- Oversee, guide, and assess the performance of Market Managers, Market Sales Managers, District Sales Managers, and Senior District Sales Managers.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
Experience:
- 5-10 years of relevant multi-store experience as a Regional Director, ideally within a retail context (a combination of education and experience may be considered).
