Marco Industries, Inc. - Regional Sales Executive

The Regional Sales Executive (RSE) is tasked with spearheading sales initiatives and fostering business growth for Marco Industries, Inc. within the state of Florida. Reporting directly to the National Sales Director, the RSE is pivotal in enhancing the product distribution network.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in field sales, particularly in the metal roofing sector
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
  • Proven track record of boosting sales and revenue
  • Expertise in crafting sales strategies and utilizing performance metrics
  • Strong command of MS Office and CRM systems
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Must reside in Florida
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $85,000.00 plus commission opportunities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and surpass sales targets for the region
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with current clients while identifying new sales prospects
  • Drive new business through proactive prospecting and qualifying sales calls
  • Engage in trade shows to strengthen customer connections
  • Evaluate market potential and monitor sales performance
  • Provide regular insights on customer requirements and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to enhance sales outcomes
  • Address issues affecting customer satisfaction
  • Assess sales effectiveness based on established performance indicators

Supervisory Role:

No direct supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:
  • Significant travel is a requirement
  • Standard work hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Flexibility in working hours is permitted
  • Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary

  • Identification and reporting of health and safety hazards
Performance Evaluation:

Annual performance reviews based on the achievement of set objectives.
