The Regional Sales and Operations Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and operational excellence at Orangetheory Fitness studios within a designated region. This leader will oversee and provide leadership to the studio management team, working closely with them to achieve sales and operational performance goals.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of studio staff, including Studio Managers, Sales Associates, and Fitness Team members.
- Work with the studio management team to develop and execute sales strategies to drive membership growth and revenue.
- Manage and monitor the performance of studio staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they meet or exceed sales and operational goals.
- Collaborate with the Orangetheory leadership team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Ensure operational excellence at all studios within the region, including managing facilities, inventory, and payroll.
- Develop and maintain a high-energy culture within the studios, promoting a positive and motivating work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Orangetheory corporate policies, business practices, and systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to studio needs and resolving member and staff issues.
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of previous management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train employees.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and accountability.
- Fitness industry experience.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, with experience in developing and executing sales plans.
- Experience in managing facilities, inventory, and payroll.
