Job Summary

The Regional Sales and Operations Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and operational excellence at Orangetheory Fitness studios within a designated region. This leader will oversee and provide leadership to the studio management team, working closely with them to achieve sales and operational performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and development of studio staff, including Studio Managers, Sales Associates, and Fitness Team members.
  • Work with the studio management team to develop and execute sales strategies to drive membership growth and revenue.
  • Manage and monitor the performance of studio staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they meet or exceed sales and operational goals.
  • Collaborate with the Orangetheory leadership team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Ensure operational excellence at all studios within the region, including managing facilities, inventory, and payroll.
  • Develop and maintain a high-energy culture within the studios, promoting a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Orangetheory corporate policies, business practices, and systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to studio needs and resolving member and staff issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of previous management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train employees.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fitness industry experience.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, with experience in developing and executing sales plans.
  • Experience in managing facilities, inventory, and payroll.
