Role Overview
The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in introducing Chowbus' Point of Sale (POS) systems to local and regional dining establishments. This position emphasizes relationship building, managing the sales process, and securing partnerships with potential restaurants while enhancing the Chowbus brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape to effectively position Chowbus' restaurant technology solutions.
- Identify and qualify potential restaurant partners that align with Chowbus' offerings.
- Engage in proactive outreach through various channels including cold visits, phone calls, emails, and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of prospects.
- Achieve assigned performance metrics, including daily outreach targets and monthly onboarding goals.
- Utilize Chowbus' CRM system to manage sales activities and track results.
- Collaborate with the regional team to ensure seamless execution of expectations set during the sales process.

Qualifications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of upselling products.
- Adaptability to dynamic work environments.
- Quick learner with the ability to master new technologies.
- Proficient in using collaborative tools (Salesforce, Slack, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Apps) or capable of quickly learning them.
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- At least one year of relevant experience is highly desirable.
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese is preferred.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $80,000, plus sales commission, based on experience and location.
