Position Overview
The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in promoting Chowbus' Point of Sale (POS) solutions to local and regional dining establishments. This position emphasizes relationship building, leading the sales process, and establishing partnerships with potential clients while enhancing the Chowbus brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape to effectively position Chowbus' restaurant technology.
- Identify and qualify potential clients that align with Chowbus' offerings.
- Engage in proactive outreach through various channels, including in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of prospective clients.
- Achieve assigned performance metrics, including daily outreach targets and monthly partner onboarding goals.
- Utilize Chowbus' CRM system to manage sales activities and track results.
- Collaborate with the regional team to ensure that client expectations set during the sales process are met during product/service delivery.

Qualifications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong sales and upselling capabilities.
- Adaptability to dynamic environments.
- Quick learner with the ability to master new technologies.
- Proficient in using collaborative tools (Salesforce, Slack, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Apps) or able to learn them swiftly.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience is highly desirable.
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $50,000-$80,000 plus sales commission, based on experience and location.
