**Job Summary:

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from veterans, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage Office Operations: Oversee the smooth operation of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively interact with colleagues, veterans, and external partners.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong typing skills are essential for this role.
