Professional Office Coordinator

A regional insurance office is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Support agents with policy-related issues and other inquiries.
- Manage executive schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, communications, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Successful background check.
The salary range for this position is $42,000 to $45,000 per year.
