Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator at Air Pros. This role will involve providing administrative support to our HVAC company, ensuring seamless communication with clients and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and texts, and direct them appropriately.
  • Monitor and manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
  • Document interactions with clients and technicians within our CRM in detail.
  • Support company bookkeeping and job costing procedures.
  • Track and replace office supplies as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date records.
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Google Apps such as Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets, and basic computer software.
  • Proficient in managing schedules and using Google Calendar.
  • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills with proper grammar and spelling.
  • Ability to work in an environment that is sometimes frenzied and sometimes calm, with minimal supervision.
  • Self-sufficient, well-organized, exceptional work ethic to meet deadlines.
  • Critical thinker, problem-solver.
  • A Team player with a dedication to lifetime learning.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
