Job Overview: Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.

Key responsibilities include managing executive schedules, appointments, and meetings, preparing and editing correspondence, communications, and presentations, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $45,000 per year, based on experience.
