Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a high level of accuracy in their work.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
  • Manage and coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of office procedures and protocols

Working Conditions:
