Office Operations Coordinator

RemX is seeking a skilled Office Operations Coordinator to assist with check processing, bulk mail collection, and data entry in San Diego, CA. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with our team to ensure the efficient processing of payments and maintain accurate records.
This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, paid weekly via direct deposit or ATM debit card. Additionally, you will have access to health benefits, a retirement plan, free online skills training, and a contract-to-hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and sort bulk mail, log priority mail, open/sort payments.
- Batching, scanning, and data entry of payment batches.
- Perform multiple rounds of quality control for payment batches.
- Initiate and build image files for bank deposits, ensure successful delivery, and confirm totals.
- Recurring ACH file maintenance.
- Prepare FedEx shipments, including overnight mail, refund checks, and manual bank deposits.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior general administrative support experience is a plus.
- Capable of working in a high-risk, high-security environment.
- Basic math skills required.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
