We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at UnbridledACTS. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Director of Outreach & Connection, ensuring the smooth operation of our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the Director of Outreach & Connection to manage programs in Elizabeth, Denver, and Uganda.
  • Maintain connections with 27 partnering companies.
  • Provide general support to the ACTS team and Unbridled Companies team.
  • Respond to emails, telephone, and written inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Process, monitor, and reconcile credit card payments and monthly expense reports.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records for auditing purposes.
  • Coordinate volunteers for service projects.
  • Provide support for charitable events.
  • Maintain relationships with external service providers.
  • Take regular supply inventory and reorder as necessary.
  • Act as a remote office liaison as needed.
  • Assist in board meetings with setup, meal planning, and recording minutes.
  • Schedule and prepare for weekly team meetings and ministry calls.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and other appointments as needed.
  • Assist with filing and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Monitor and respond to email inquiries for UnbridledACTS and The Eagle's Nest.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including data exports, tables, and pivot tables, as well as Outlook Calendar management and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records with a high attention to detail.
  • Willingness to drive to/from various project sites in their own vehicle.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently with limited supervision, willing to handle concurrent tasks, and able to make appropriate judgments and decisions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Respectful of individuals from a variety of cultural backgrounds and able to treat their beliefs with dignity.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills, as well as attention to detail.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player and in a diverse environment, respecting Christian values and fostering inclusivity of people of all faiths and backgrounds.
  • Can-do attitude and a willingness to support in areas you may not be familiar.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Comfortable creating and editing visual content in Canva.
  • Experience formulating budgets and tracking finances.
