Renal Care Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Renal Care Specialist to join our team at Liberty Administrative Services, LLC. As a key member of our nephrology practice, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess risk factors and perform history and physicals to evaluate patient needs
- Order diagnostic and therapeutic tests/studies, and initiate consults and referrals as necessary
- Prescribe medications in accordance with RMKC Policy and state regulations
- Responsible for evaluating and assessing patients in outpatient clinic visits, hemodialysis, and peritoneal dialysis visits
- Utilize professional skills to interview, assess, evaluate, identify, and implement interventions/treatment plans based on the specific needs of each patient
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Current, valid State of Colorado Medical Licenses (NP or PA-C)
- Active DEA license
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C)
- Full and current certification as a nurse practitioner from American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or a physician assistant who is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
