Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at LDI Mechanical. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our superintendents and field crews, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and jobsites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Onboard new hires through the Paylocity platform and ensure they have all necessary equipment and training
  • Assist superintendents with distribution of weekly payroll and track weekly safety forms
  • Coordinate lunch ordering for trainings and workshops, and provide light jobsite assistance as needed
  • Coordinate building maintenance, including cleaning services and office maintenance
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Support field crews with basic jobsite paperwork and register for city permits
Requirements
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Good communication skills with team members and vendors
  • Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
