Job Title: Administrative Assistant to the Archbishop

At ARCHDIOCESE OF DENVER MANAGEMENT CO, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Archbishop. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, utilizing your organizational and communication skills to ensure the smooth operation of the Archbishop's Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Archbishop, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Manage the Archbishop's mail, correspondence, and meeting requests.
  • Coordinate the calendars and work schedules of the administrative team to ensure seamless coverage.
  • Prepare expense reimbursement forms, process invoices, and manage the department cost center budget.
  • Act as a liaison between the Archbishop's Office and other Pastoral Center department managers and archdiocesan offices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in operations, administrative operations, and/or office management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and in pressure situations.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and its various applications.
  • Represent the office with utmost professionalism.
