Job Summary

Caliber Collision Centers has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator to perform a variety of duties, including providing front office support, payroll and HR administration, and maintaining accounts receivable and payable. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front office support to ensure seamless operations
  • Administer payroll and HR-related tasks, including recordkeeping and compliance
  • Maintain accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a world-class experience for all customers
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment
  • 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance coverage
