Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, answer phone calls, and distribute messages accordingly. Verify patient information, collect payments, and manage administrative records.
- Patient Scheduling: Ensure timely scheduling of appointments, manage patient flow, and communicate with patients and staff effectively.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the dental team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior dental experience preferred, with a track record of exceptional customer service experience.
- Skills: Knowledge of dentistry and dental procedures, highly flexible, detail-oriented, reliable, and trustworthy. Great administrative organizational skills and ability to work weekends and evenings.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
