Job Summary

As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the sales department and driving revenue growth for the property. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, manage sales teams, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with regional marketing communications to develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance and make adjustments as needed
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 4 years of experience in sales and marketing or related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and plans
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Benefits

Marriott International offers a competitive salary range of $157,000 to $190,154 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
