Sales and Business Expansion Manager

The Business Development Executive role is a critical position within our Sales and Business Development team at Law Business Research. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers, negotiating and managing multi-stakeholder sales, and providing prospects with detailed proposals and product demonstrations. This role requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers to win new business and grow our client base.
- Negotiate and manage multi-stakeholder sales with global clients.
- Provide prospects with detailed proposals, product demonstrations, and consultations.
- Accurately report internal administration, including CRM activity log and sales pipeline forecasting.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- One year plus of B2B New Business sales experience using a defined sales methodology.
- A proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Sales motivated, team-focused attitude, and willingness to collaborate with peers.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient using MS Office and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, plus commission and bonus opportunities based on performance.
