About the Job Opportunity

Azeus Systems Limited is a leading provider of innovative meeting and collaboration solutions, with a global footprint in over 100 countries. We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Sales Expansion to join our growing sales force.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the evaluation of opportunities for expansion within a designated region, analyzing market trends and potential clients.
  • Represent the company in high-level negotiations and contract finalization with business partners, driving revenue growth and building strategic relationships.
  • Develop and present comprehensive reports on market analysis, predictions, and recommended action to senior management, informing strategic business decisions.
  • Assess potential business partnerships, identifying key areas of synergy and recommending optimal collaborations.
  • Analyze data on past and present sales performance, utilizing insights to inform future growth strategies and optimize sales targets.
  • BUILD KEY CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS, IDENTIFYING BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, NEGOTIATING AND CLOSING BUSINESS DEALS WITH EXECUTIVES.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of strategic plans to achieve sales targets within assigned territories and accounts.
  • Contribute to team success by helping to hit and exceed annual sales targets, driving revenue growth and expanding the company's global presence.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable sales and business development experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in product demonstrations to corporate executives, showcasing expertise and building trust with potential clients.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player, collaborating with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • MBA/degree-level education, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B software/technology sales to corporate executives.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly to assigned locations, supporting business growth and partnership development.
