Strategic Business Expansion Specialist

In this position, you will analyze Connecteam's customer base to identify high-potential accounts, map opportunities for expansion, and design tailored outreach campaigns to drive growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that align with customer needs and business goals, conduct regular check-ins with accounts to identify new opportunities, and track, measure, and report on growth initiatives.
With a background in workforce management solutions or HR tech, you will leverage your expertise to stay updated on industry trends and advancements. Your creative thinking and execution skills will enable you to design and run innovative outreach campaigns, demonstrating measurable results in growing existing accounts.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of experience in commercial account management or sales roles in the SaaS space, with proven experience in growing existing accounts. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as well as data-oriented mindset and ability to work with large data platforms.
