Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales executive to lead our regional expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of new business sales success and experience recruiting, coaching, and managing high-performing sales teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and driving sales strategy for the region, engaging in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development. They will also manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline to the business and achieve annual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis.

This role offers a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure and includes a base salary of $160,750-$265,250 per year, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
