About the Role

Climeworks is seeking a seasoned professional to drive strategic partnerships and business growth in the Tech/Software, Telco, and Media sectors. As Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for positioning Climeworks as a leading Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR) company, shaping the company's offering and value proposition, and driving the maturity of the CDR market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a game-changing strategy to grow Climeworks' business with Tech/Software and Telco/Media partners.
  • Engage with stakeholders to build relationships, position Climeworks competitively, and achieve a billion-dollar book of business.
  • Cultivate a winning culture, innovate solutions, and overcome barriers with high business acumen.
  • Lead a strong team, mentor, and coach them to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving exponential business growth in rapidly scaling industries.
  • Extensive experience in commercial strategy, partnerships, business development, and large-scale enterprise B2B sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and people management skills.
  • Ability to work in a partially remote team and travel up to 20% of the time.
