Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnerships Director to join our team at Postman. As a key member of our partnerships team, you will be responsible for defining and executing our partner strategy, driving joint success across customers, partners, and Postman.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and gather customer insights to inform our partner strategy and priorities
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics, and GTM teams to execute on partner plans and requirements
  • Drive product and user growth and engagement via partnerships with leading SaaS tools and services
  • Define key metrics and performance indicators to measure customer, partner, and Postman success
  • Establish partnership frameworks, programs, and processes to scale our partner motions

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in product, partnership, or technical roles in software, collaboration, or platform-focused companies
  • Aptitude, drive, and passion for developers, collaboration, platforms, and partnerships
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling partnerships and partner programs
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, especially across product, engineering, and GTM teams
