Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Alliances Partner Manager to spearhead the expansion of our Alliance Partnerships program in North America (US & Canada). The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of how payments integrate into diverse landscapes and will strategically collaborate to maximize mutual benefits with partners operating in these domains.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive partner management strategy aimed at nurturing strong relationships with System Integrators & Digital Agencies, driving market expansion, and revenue growth acceleration.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact between Adyen and System Integrators & Digital Agencies, ensuring seamless communication and fostering collaboration.
  3. Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing support of System Integrators & Digital Agencies to ensure their effective representation and delivery of Adyen's solutions.
  4. Collaborate closely with System Integrators & Digital Agencies to devise joint go-to-market strategies, co-marketing campaigns, sales empowerment initiatives, and industry-specific solutions.
  5. Drive negotiation and administration of partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit, legal compliance, and alignment with Adyen's strategic goals.
  6. Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and legal, to ensure a unified approach to System Integrators & Digital Agencies partnership success.
  7. Establish and maintain a robust system for performance metrics and evaluation, continuously optimizing System Integrators & Digital Agencies partnership performance.
  8. Engage key stakeholders within System Integrators & Digital Agencies to understand their needs, address challenges, and gather feedback to enhance the partnership offering.
  9. Conduct regular business reviews with System Integrators & Digital Agencies to ensure alignment on objectives, performance metrics, and strategic endeavors.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to uphold Adyen's competitive advantage in System Integrators & Digital Agencies partnerships.

Requirements

  1. 8-10+ years of experience in a direct partnerships or alliances facing role, preferably in the payments or fintech space.
  2. Proven track record of building strong relationships with System Integrators & Digital Agencies, driving growth, and delivering exceptional results.
  3. Strategic thinking, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  4. Ability to navigate complex systems, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
  5. Flexibility, adaptability, and a strong work ethic to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

About the Role

This role is based out of our San Francisco or New York office, with a requirement for domestic and international travel. The base salary range for this role is $150,000-$195,000. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a generous benefits program, to support your career growth and well-being.
