About the Role:

The Director of Strategic Partnerships will be the primary point of contact for our partners, ensuring a seamless experience and driving commercial success for both parties. This individual will build and grow relationships with partners, leveraging their expertise to deliver value-added services and increase revenue.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and grow relationships with partners, measured by increased pipeline and earnings.
    • Nurture relationships with the American Bar Association and its local chapters.
    • Engage senior leaders for strategic connections with partners.
  • Business Development and Account Planning:
    • Seed new business revenue through partner-led activities.
    • Own partner account plans and focus on business development to drive qualified leads.
  • GTM Execution:
    • Drive partner referral pipeline growth through custom co-marketing strategies.
    • Measure pipeline, ARR bookings, and KPI attainment.
  • Product Enablement:
    • Lead partners to mastery of CARET Legal technical training.
    • Enable partners to build monetizable value-added services.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in SaaS with 3+ years experience working with channel/reseller/alliance partners.
  • Proven track record growing selling channel partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of developing selling partners and small businesses.
