About This Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our Business Development team at Crusoe Cloud. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and enhance our market presence. This role is critical in helping Crusoe Cloud build a strong ecosystem of partners and clients that allow us to scale.

A Day In The Life:

Identify and develop partnerships with technology companies, industry organizations, and other stakeholders to complement and enhance our product offerings.
Develop and implement strategic partnership plans to support business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to ensure mutual success and continued collaboration.
Lead contract negotiations with potential and existing partners, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and executive leadership to align partnership strategies with overall company goals.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to identify new partnership opportunities.
Track and report on partnership performance, including ROI, revenue growth, and other key metrics, to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

8-10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related role, preferably in the technology or cloud computing industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic partnership plans that drive business growth.
Track record of achieving partnership and revenue targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decisions.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Compensation:

Compensation will be paid in the range of $300,000-$350,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
