The Brand Marketing Specialist acts as the ambassador for Spotted, showcasing its offerings to prospective clients.

This role is pivotal in crafting a favorable brand perception and enhancing brand visibility through diverse marketing and promotional initiatives.

The Brand Marketing Specialist engages directly with clients, delivering information, addressing queries, and nurturing robust relationships to boost sales and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities of the Brand Marketing Specialist:

Brand Advocacy:

Proactively represent and promote Spotted's brand to target demographics through various mediums, including events, exhibitions, product showcases, and digital platforms.


Product Expertise:

Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Spotted's offerings and effectively articulate their features, advantages, and value propositions to clients.


Client Engagement:

Interact with clients in a warm, approachable, and knowledgeable manner, delivering outstanding customer service and promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns.


Sales Development:
Actively seek and pursue sales opportunities, upselling products or services, and meeting individual or team sales objectives.

Relationship Development:
Build and sustain strong connections with clients, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business.

Market Insight:

Remain informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and client preferences to provide valuable insights and feedback to the marketing and sales teams.


Brand Integrity:

Maintain Spotted's brand image and values, ensuring consistency in messaging and adherence to brand guidelines in all communications.


Team Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align brand strategies, offer feedback, and contribute to the brand's overall success.


Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends, providing regular updates and recommendations to management.

Qualifications and Skills for the Brand Marketing Specialist:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is advantageous).
Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal abilities and capacity to build rapport with diverse individuals.
Self-driven and results-oriented with a proactive work ethic.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
