Overview:

The Customer Engagement Marketing Specialist will focus on enhancing customer relationships through comprehensive multi-channel strategies tailored for distinct customer segments. This role involves leading a collaborative team that includes design, digital, product, and marketing professionals to develop customer-centric campaigns aimed at boosting customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders (product, marketing, Data & Analytics) to establish and promote the marketing strategy and its impact on business objectives.
  • Create detailed business cases for innovative marketing strategies, incorporating testing of offers, customer segmentation, and outreach tactics to optimize performance and financial outcomes.
  • Work alongside Product, Digital, and UX teams to design effective user experiences.
  • Generate innovative ideas to strategically advance the business.
  • Implement marketing journeys and campaigns across all CRM channels (including email, in-app, in-browser, and SMS). This involves partnering with delivery managers and creative agencies to produce materials that resonate with customers, embody the Huntington brand, and drive business results.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

Basic:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • 7-10 years of experience in the marketing field.
  • Proven experience collaborating with insights teams to design and implement learning plans that yield clear and compelling results.
  • Experience working with analytics teams to assess the return on marketing investments.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with marketing automation best practices, lead scoring, and audience segmentation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
