Marketing Activation Specialist

The Marketing Activation Specialist serves as a key driver in the journey of our brands, working in close partnership with Brand Managers and Sales teams to devise strategies that lead us to triumph in various markets. This role involves delving into analytics to extract vital insights and create persuasive narratives that engage customers effectively. Conducting retail assessments to enhance product selections and merchandising strategies is also a crucial part of this position. This role acts as an essential bridge between our clientele and the Brand Team, fostering sales support, ongoing enhancement, and innovation. Key Performance Indicators
- Fostering customer loyalty and expertise
- Assisting in achieving sales objectives
- Facilitating the market introduction of designated brands
- Ensuring effective communication both internally and externally
- Executing projects in a timely manner
- Collaborate with Brand Managers to gain in-depth knowledge of assigned brands. Utilize a customer-focused approach to align brand offerings with customer requirements, resulting in a strategic commercialization plan. Activate brand presence across various markets.
- Analyze POS data, sales figures, market trends, and consumer insights to pinpoint business opportunities and formulate compelling selling narratives.
- Create engaging content for category line reviews and customer presentations, crafting stories that resonate with the customer and enhance brand connection.
- Lead the execution of new product launches through commercial planning, team training, and the development of sales support materials.
- Conduct retail assessments to evaluate the competitive landscape, product assortments, in-store experiences, and to create off-shelf merchandising solutions.
- Develop channel-specific or customer-specific tools and collateral to empower the sales team in effectively presenting to clients.
- Identify and implement marketing and promotional events tailored to specific channels or retailers.
- Travel as necessary for customer engagements and industry events.
- Continuously monitor and adapt to evolving market conditions, providing consistent feedback on customer insights, needs, challenges, and opportunities to the Brand Team to drive ongoing improvement and potential innovation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Participation in relevant training programs
- Willingness to travel less than 15%
