Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Strategy:
    • Support the design and implementation of marketing campaigns aimed at showcasing our services and expertise.
    • Work alongside the marketing team to produce engaging content for multiple platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and our corporate website.
  2. Content Development:
    • Create and refine marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, newsletters, and blog articles.
    • Ensure all produced content adheres to brand standards and effectively conveys our unique value proposition.
  3. Online Marketing:
    • Oversee and refresh the company’s website and social media accounts to enhance user engagement and visibility.
    • Track and evaluate website traffic and social media analytics to guide marketing decisions.
  4. Event Management:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, and client seminars, including logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up communications.
    • Help develop presentations and marketing collateral for events.
  5. Market Analysis:
    • Conduct research to identify market trends, competitive positioning, and client requirements.
    • Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and enhance service offerings.
  6. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to gather project insights and success stories for marketing purposes.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for various marketing initiatives as necessary.
  7. Administrative Duties:
    • Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of leads and client interactions.
    • Assist in monitoring budgets and reporting for marketing activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing capacity, ideally within the engineering or consulting sectors.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
