Position Overview:

The Marketing Manager at Trulieve serves as a pivotal representative within the hubs, ensuring that national marketing initiatives and brand strategies are effectively implemented at the local level. This role necessitates close collaboration with retail sales and production teams. The primary goal is to engage both new and existing customers by enhancing brand visibility and encouraging purchases through innovative product launches, ongoing campaigns, promotions, and local marketing efforts. Success is evaluated through key performance indicators such as customer acquisition, retention rates, average transaction value, and visit frequency. Additionally, Marketing Managers may partner with community engagement and physician teams to support local events and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in tandem with national marketing teams to develop actionable marketing campaigns, including crafting briefs that inform the creation of daily creative assets.
  • Coordinate with hub sales and production teams to synchronize the timing of product launches and manage the overall product strategy.
  • Design, execute, and assess marketing strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Facilitate market planning and execution alongside sales and marketing stakeholders to create event and program calendars aimed at increasing brand awareness and engagement.
  • Support both national and hub-specific initiatives to achieve business objectives and foster brand loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar that outlines product launches, local activations, and media strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify local opportunities and consumer trends while analyzing competitor activities.
  • Manage the local marketing budget, performing evaluations and ROI analyses post-campaign, and sharing insights with sales and marketing teams.
  • Engage in knowledge sharing with the Regional Marketing team to exchange best practices and lessons learned.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with a preference for retail marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated success in building valuable partnerships with sales teams to achieve their objectives through tailored marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record in executing marketing initiatives, including strategic planning and event management.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, event planning, and various advertising channels.
  • Ability to devise, implement, and analyze comprehensive marketing strategies across paid, earned, and owned media.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • This is a hybrid role; candidates from Maryland or Ohio are preferred.
