Overview:

The Marketing Manager at Trulieve serves as a pivotal marketing representative within designated hubs, ensuring that national marketing initiatives and brand strategies are effectively implemented at the local level. This role necessitates close collaboration with retail sales and production teams to enhance customer engagement and drive sales through innovative marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in tandem with national marketing teams to create actionable marketing campaigns, including the development of briefs that guide the creation of daily marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with hub sales and production teams to synchronize product launch schedules and optimize product mix strategies.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate marketing strategies and initiatives to meet business objectives.
  • Manage market planning and execution alongside sales and marketing stakeholders to develop event calendars that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Support both national and hub-specific initiatives aimed at achieving business goals and fostering brand loyalty.
  • Maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar in collaboration with other marketing team members, detailing product launches, local events, and media strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify local opportunities and consumer trends, analyzing competitive landscapes.
  • Oversee the local marketing budget, performing evaluations and ROI analyses post-campaign, and sharing insights with sales and marketing teams.
  • Share best practices and insights with the Regional Marketing team during regular meetings.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with a preference for retail marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in building partnerships with sales teams to achieve targets through tailored marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and implement marketing strategies, including event management and campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, event planning, and various media channels.
  • Capability to develop and analyze comprehensive marketing strategies across paid, earned, and owned media.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and project management abilities.
