Position Overview:
We are currently seeking entry-level candidates eager to embark on a full-time career with us. Join our team of over 6,000 employees as a Marketing Analyst. In this capacity, you will engage with clients to identify their specific needs and demonstrate how our products can assist them in overcoming financial challenges. CrossCountry Mortgage offers an enriching training program for those interested in a foundational business role with opportunities for professional advancement. During the three-month training period, participants will receive an hourly wage while gaining insights into our industry and client interactions through our digital platforms. As a Marketing Analyst, you will serve as a brand ambassador for CrossCountry, responsible for reaching out to individuals seeking information to explore their optimal loan options. You will collaborate closely with Senior Loan Advisors and VPs of Mortgage Banking to identify pathways for career growth. CrossCountry Mortgage covers the costs for pre-licensing education and supplies study materials to help Marketing Analysts swiftly transition into the Loan Advisor position, where typical earnings range from $50,000 to $100,000. We have designed a vibrant and rewarding work atmosphere that fosters advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls through the corporate phone system.
  • Collaborate with lending teams.
  • Acquire knowledge of the mortgage sector and effective conversion strategies.
  • Assist originators in lead generation by managing communication and transferring identified clients.
  • Create personalized customer service experiences for potential clients.
  • Classify and differentiate each lead contacted.
  • Efficiently manage and direct incoming marketing calls.
  • Apply training to real-time client interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks.
